What we collect

When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any optional details you provide (e.g. company name, message). When you use the platform, we also process payment information through Stripe — we never store card details on our servers.

Why we collect it

• To communicate with you about StableUse (waitlist updates, account notifications)
• To provide and improve the platform
• To process payments securely through Stripe
• To comply with legal obligations

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (waitlist signup, marketing), contract performance (providing the service), and legitimate interest (improving the platform, fraud prevention).

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database hosting), Cloudflare (storage and CDN), and Upstash (rate limiting). We do not sell your data. All providers are GDPR-compliant or operate under adequate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until we contact you or you request deletion. Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for legal and financial record-keeping. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
